Vineyards: Sub-mountainous area of Peloponnese

Vinification: After delivery, the grapes are pressed and remain in the tank for about 10 days under controlled conditions. Aging Potential Ready to drink now, and the next 2 years.

The character: Deep red colour with vibrant red/ purple hues. Aromatic notes of red fruits, lavender, butter-scotch. Soft, with velvety tannins. Ideal with pasta and meats with light sauces.
