Cellar: The grapes after being destemmed were firstly cold soaked and then whole berry fermented to dry. The wine was then racked into new French and American oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation for 24-27 months. The bottled wine ages for another 24 months before getting available for consumption. To keep all the richness of color and taste the wine is not processed by intensive filtration or cold.

Tasting Notes: Deep red color with intense purple hues. Complex aromas of green pepper, blackberries, dark chocolate and leather with discreet vanilla notes. Exuberant in the mouth, warm, with lavish tannins and an acidity that allows further aging. Long and pleasant aftertaste of laurel and dried nuts. Food pairings: Roasted meat, game, aged cheeses.
