Type: Dry rose wine

Varieties: Roditis 70%, Syrah 30%

Vineyard: Semi-mountainous vineyards. Both varieties are harvested at the end of September.

Vinification: The grapes of both varieties are vinified together. The grapes are soaked on skins for 5 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. The wines stays in contact with its lees for two months, before filtration.

The character: Pale rosé color with purple hues. Red fruits, white pepper and butter in the nose. Soft with good structure and freshness in the mouth. Food pairings pizza, pastas, white meat, tuna fish.
