Vinification: Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost two months.
The character: Bright yellow color with green hues. Yellow fruits, melon and honeyin the nose. Good volume and crispy acidity in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.Food pairings: fish, seafood, white meat with light sauces.
