Varieties: Agiorgitiko 50%, Syrah 50%
Vineyard: Altitude of 450-500m, non-ir-rigatedmountain sidevine- yards, low-fertilityargilcalcare- oussoil, royatpruning, yieldsof 56-64hl/ha. Vineyards aged over 10 years that produce wine with fruity aromas. Especially during the summer months, north winds create a cool environment.
Vinification: Separate winemaking for each variety. Extraction for 8-10 hours, followed by fermentation at 15-18°C with the addition of selected yeasts which unfold the fruity sub-stance of the varieties.
The character: Fiery orange color with soft pink nuances and aromas of forest fruits with dominant blackberry and plum. Bal-anced and fruity flavor, with fine acidity.
