Type: Rosé Wine
Varieties: Agiorgitiko 50%, Syrah 50%
Vineyard: Mountain vineyards. Harvested in mid-September.
Vinification: Separate winemaking for each variety. Extraction for 8-10 hours, followed by fermentation at 15-18°C with the addition of selected yeasts which unfold the fruity sub-stance of the varieties.
The character: Medium intensity rosé with blue hues. Berry aromas dominated by raspberry and plum. Balanced and fruity in the mouth, with a discreet acidity.
