Vineyard: Mountainous vineyards of Aegialia. Harvesting in the begining of September.
Vinification: Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost 3 weeks.
The character: Bright yellow color with green hues. Peach, exotic fruits and asparagusin the nose. Balanced in the mouth with good acidity and volume. Citrus aftertaste. Food pairings: white-sauce pastas, salads, yellow aged cheeses.
