Vineyard: Mountainous vineyards from the region of Aegialia. Harvest at the end of September.
Vinification: Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks.
The character: Intense red color with purple hues. Red and black fruits and black pepper in the nose. Soft with velvet tannins and good volume in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste. Food pairings: yellow aged cheeses, meat roasted or with red sauces.
