Vinification: The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
The character: Robust aromas of flowers (roses) and citrus fruits. Light, with finesse and a pure flowery palate. Ideal with green salads, or small fish.
