Varieties: Assyrtiko 100%

Vineyard: Mountain vineyard of Kalavrita

Cellar: Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees in small stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for almost two months.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Citrus fruits, peaches with botanic notes and minerality in the nose. Good volume and crispy in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.
