Vineyard: Vineyards from the region of Patras. Late of September.
Vinification: Classic red vinification of the overripe grapes. Destemming of the grapes and the must stays in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation.
The character: Red / brown color. Aromas of dried plum and nuts. Sweet warm in the mouth.
