Vinification: Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermen- tation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks.
The character: Red bright colour. Aromatic bouquet of red fruits, leather and spices. Well structured and rich, with robust tannins. Ideal with pasta and meats with light sauces.
