Varieties: Savatiano 100%
Vineyard: Old vineyard in cup formation in the dry thermal zone of Attica. Harvested at the end of August.
Vinification: Delicate handling of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature with addition of resin of halepensis pine tree (0.2%)
The character: Straw-yellow with golden hues. Aromas of mastic, herbs and citrus fruit. Moderate volume, refined and fresh. Mastic scents dominate in the mouth.
