Vineyards: Mountain and hilly vineyards of Achaia. Harvested in mid-September.
The character: Soft rosé. Aromas of red flowers and fruit. Smooth mouth with mild acidity.
Ideal with: fish, seafood, white meats and pasta with white sauce.
