CAVINO has been an export-oriented company since it was first established. More than 70% of annual production is exported to 50 countries all over the world, which is the highest export-rate for a company based in Greece.
In 2005, CAVINO set a target of increasing exports by developing a new, highly competitive range of products and undertaking efficient marketing and promotional activities. The company became the leading exporter of Greek wines to the retail markets of Germany, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Netherlands, Belgium, and other countries.
Today, CAVINO is extending its geographic sales range and is also looking outside Europe to the remaining most important markets which are the United States, Canada, UK and China.
CAVINO is aware of specific features and difficulties in the various foreign markets and therefore provides an extended range of wines in different price categories – premium, best value-for-money and basic – targeted to cover all the major channels of distribution, from wine boutiques and restaurants to retail chains.
CAVINO products exported all over the world range from the premium segment with Mega Spileo Estate wines, best value Greek PDO Nemea, Mavrodaphne of Patra and Samos, IRIDA international varietal wines and the highly competitive Lonos and Pandora range of wines.
The recent investment program in new infrastructure and equipment for the winery will cover the increased demand in domestic and export markets, supporting the success and continuous sales growth of the company.
CAVINO is has a presence in different markets through hundreds of representatives and is constantly looking for new partnerships to help extend its distribution to new markets worldwide.
