Vinification: The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
The character: Bouquet of citrus fruit. Sugary with acidity that keeps the balance. Leaves a fruity after-taste, may be paired with sweet-sour flavours and dishes with cream.
