

The wine: Dry white wine varietal.
Grape varieties: Vidiano 80%, Aidani 20%
Vineyard: Mountainous vineyards of Kalavryta region. Harvest end of September.
In the winery: Careful handling of the grapes. Skin contact for few hours. Then the must stays chilled for 48 hours before racking off. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees in small stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for almost two months.
Characteristics: Straw yellow color. Aromas of tropical fruits, peaches and citrus with herbal and buttery notes in the nose. Elegant, with enough volume and refreshing acidity in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.
