Cellar: Careful handling of the grapes. Skin contact at low temperature for about 6 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees for almost two months.
Tasting notes: Pale rose, saumon color. Citrus and red berries on the nose with some herbal background. Luscious and crispy on the palate with fruity aftertaste.
